Auth preview shell
Regular sign-in is staged, but not open yet.
This front-end card is in place so the workspace has a normal email/password entry point and an account creation surface when you are ready to activate them. For now, both are intentionally disabled and should be treated as preview-only UI.
Live access still runs through the protected Google / Cloud Run gate. Email/password and self-service signup stay off until backend policy, allowlisting, and account lifecycle rules are locked.
